As the founder and eternal chairman of Sun Dragon Culture Association, I have been practicing Tai Chi for many years and have found it to be beneficial for both physical and mental health. It has improved my own health and helped me to develop better focus, while expanding my social circle. I sincerely hope that through learning about health-promoting exercises, our members can enhance their quality of life, achieve physical and mental well-being, and enjoy life to the fullest. Sun Dragon Culture Association is a platform for promoting physical, mental, and spiritual health, and we invite different instructors to teach a variety of courses.
