Course Introduction

This course uses knowledge of exercise and stretching to understand how to achieve self-treatment for bodily pain. It focuses on targeted movements to address pain in the upper body, the shoulders and neck, lower back, hips, and feet. The course consists of 10 sessions in total, with one session per week, lasting two hours each. Classes are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sun Dragon Culture Association.

Note: There will be a significant amount of physical contact during the course, so it is recommended to attend with a friend or family member (as a pair). Trust and mutual respect between the instructor and students are necessary. Participation as a solo attendee or refusal of any physical contact is not recommended.
